WHY DOESN'T VOGUEENJOY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

 

Judunk does not have a call centre and we're not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls.

The Judunk brand was built online, including our customer support. Though you may receive an automated response every once in a while, all channels are manned by human staff who are eager to help you out, quickly and efficiently.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE YOU?

 

Be sure to INCLUDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE eg/ order number (JR123456), email address, pictures, etc. This will allow us to answer any questions you have as quickly as possible.

2.Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

3.Received A Faultyitem?

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show:
  • The fault as clearly as possible
  • Full-length photo of the item
  • The Tmentality logo and label

 


Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.

4. What's the shipping time?

All orders are shipped using Fedex, UPS, USPS..The typical deliver timeframe is within 15 to 25 days however, you might receive your items much earlier. 

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs postal delays (especially with the pandemic right now). If it does happen to you, we apologize for the inconvenience :(

 

 

5. Tracking number is not working?

Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking number to update. However, it might take longer but don't worry your order is on the way to you. We got your back ;)

 


6. Exchange for bigger or smaller size?

Please let us know the item that you want to exchange and provide your email address. A representative will respond to your email shortly to assist you. Thank you for patience💕
